Friendly and more quiet than expected for a mobile home/RV park, employees are incredibly helpful. I wish it had more trees, and the roads need improvement but so does every other road in this town. They get really bad every winter. very affordable, water and trash included with lot rent.

Frank has been an amazing landlord during the last year we have spent renting here. We really like him! The park is noisy but that's what you get when you cram a bunch of people into a small area. We are blessed to be surrounded by neighbors we love!
