I was disappointed with Ford expecting me to wait over 7 months for a vehicle without any updates. Zero!I would work with HiLine Ford if I need another vehicle. The sales and service personnel were exceptional.

Hi-Line Ford came and got my vehicle from my place of work when I scheduled service. They let me know their concerns due to repairs needed. They offered a loaner vehicle if needed. My vehicle was repaired within 2 days and it was returned to my driveway fully detailed! It is so nice to have a business be so accommodating!!Services: Auto detailing
