“We hosted this group of professionals at of our rental properties with Wrecked & Refined during a time they were installing flooring in Great Falls. When we arrived at the property they had all the laundry and linens folded and placed nicely for our staff. We have been in the hospitality business for over 10 years and we had never had any guests leave the property as cleanly and organized as these professionals. Only drawback is that due to the units being mobile homes they tend to require more intensive annual care and rooms outside of the master bedroom are a little on the small side. For what you pay its a very fair deal to allow potential tenants to save up and get a down payment on a permanent house.“
