Found a couple bed bugs whilst cleaning on Saturday, called around and got a call back from the company within a couple of hours. I was extremely upset and the gal I spoke with was amazing, caring and got us in for Monday right away. The person that came to do the spraying was communicative and kind. Spent about 15 minutes after he was done on the phone with me answering my millions of questions. They did a really wonderful job, and definitely eased my concerns in a situation I hope I NEVER have to deal with again!
