Greg was so helpful with getting my laptop back to running at its original efficiency - he got it back to me in great time, and WAY more affordable (and better service) than having to go one of the big chain stores out of town. Very professional service. Great support and education for me to keep it running well. Also helped me replace my battery, so nice not to have to stress about that myself... read full review
