CALL ELEVATE FIRST...During the busiest work season Thomas actually returned my phone call and made time to inspect our wind damaged roof. He explained products and warranties, work crews and time frames. He assured us he'd advocate for us with our insurance company (that tried to lowball us for a partial replacement) to ensure our roof was replaced completely and properly. His professional and personal staff followed up with a letter of introduction, written estimate and follow-up friendly phone calls. Elevate roofing replaced our roof after storm damage. From the office staff to the installers and the gentlemen that inspected and worked with our insurance company they were wonderful! I am so glad I went with Elevate Roofing! Thomas provided top-notch customer service and follow through. He was there every step of the way-answering every question I had, to overseeing the quality of the installation. He was fun and easy to work with but it was clear Thomas knew his stuff. With such an important purchase and process as getting a roof done-and done right, I was relieved that Thomas was directly involved.
