Furnace went down during cold temps. Called Grizzly Air and they came out the next day. Their communication was great with texts, e-mails, and phone calls letting me know their arrival time and diagnoses.Adam replaced a cracked ignition switch and got the furnace up and running quickly! Received an e-mailinvoice promptly explaining all the details including results of a carbon monoxide and gas test throughout the home! Also can conveniently pay online through a link with the invoice!Grizzly Air is awesome and I highly recommend them!
Our furnace went out in the middle of the night, Grizzly Air was at our house by noon. Found it needed replaced and had area heaters in our home within an hour. Furnace replaced within the week. I strongly recommend Adam and his crew to anyone who needs anything to do with heating and air conditioning services!
Furnace was on the fritz, and no one had appointments available for several days. Until I contacted Grizzly Air. They were very friendly; and made time to fit me in the same day! Which saved me and my family from suffering another cold night. With kids (aged 8 and 4), it was a relief to know the heat was back up and operational the same day. Especially when the outside temperatures were in the low 20’s. Thanks Grizzly Air!
