Lucas came to our house on Christmas Eve day when our heater started acting up. He was there within an hour and was able to make the noise stop but suggested replacing the whole heater as it was pretty old, (1976). He gave us a quote and we decided to do it. He was efficient, friendly and it was up and running by the end of the day he came. Then, we noticed we ran out of hot water so I texted him about it and he ran up (he lives 20 miles or so away) and got our pilot light re-lit and didn't charge us for the mileage. Lucas is very friendly, professional and very good at what he does and he's honest and sticks to his pricing. I would recommend Lucas to anyone who has issues...read full review
