Instead of giving up on me, staff took the time to find the correct address for the flowers and get them to someone special who is miles away from me right now. I have a very anxious, loud, and large dog. Both the vet and the vet assistant were very hands on with him and and so kind and understanding. It was the least stressful vet visit I've ever had (and I think my dog Arlow felt the same) keep up the great work double arrow!

Lucas came to our house on Christmas Eve day when our heater started acting up. He was there within an hour and was able to make the noise stop but suggested replacing the whole heater as it was pretty old, (1976). He gave us a quote and we decided to do it. He was efficient, friendly and it was up and running by the end of the day he came. Then, we noticed we ran out of hot water so I texted him about it and he ran up (he lives 20 miles or so away) and got our pilot light re-lit and didn't charge us for the mileage. Lucas is very friendly, professional and very good at what he does and he's honest and sticks to his pricing. I would recommend Lucas to anyone who has issues with heating or cooling. Craig & his team are absolutely amazing. In less than a week, Craig took 3 different emergency calls for me & my horses. One time being at his clinic until after 9pm on a week day & another on a Saturday morning. He dropped what he was doing to help. I’m so thankful to have a vet & his team that care about the welfare of these animals. There are not enough thank yous in the world for East Slope Vet.
