I accidentally went to the veterinarian next door first. The veterinarian doesn't have a sign, and the audiologist sign is kind of in front of both places, so it's easy to make this mistake. The audiologist is to the right of the veterinarian! (I also got all the way inside before I figured it out .. with my dad in a wheelchair.. and they don't have a wheelchair accessible curb or automatic doors! Lots of work with that mistake). The audiologist does have wheelchair access and handicap parking, but no automatic doors.
Dr. Kalarchik was very personable and thorough in her examination. It was comforting to learn although I had some hearing loss due to a recent prolonged ear infection, it was recovering without the need for further intervention. Thanks Dr. K!
I have been going to BC Hearing for close to 10 years now and have always had excellent experiences. Everyone there is so kind, patient and very helpful.
Dr. Susan Kalarchik has been the best audiologist I've been to and I am so grateful with how she takes care of my hearing needs, especially with my stubborn view of my analog hearing aids. Both Dr. Kalarchik and Shannon the office manager have fixed my old analog hearing aid numerous times and always go the extra mile to make sure I can hear.
