We returned from a two week vacation to discover water in our water heater’s catch basin and on the floor of our garage where the overflow prevention drain discharges. The very nice plumber we usually use for repairs was unavailable (he did answer our call but was vacationing in Canada. HE had worked previously for Williams, so we called their after hours call center and let s message, then called again as soon as Williams opened the next morning. They were unable to give us same day service, but did put us on a backup waiting list. Three hours later they called us back and told us one of their staff had been freed up, and Nick arrived just as promised 30 minutes later.... read full review
