I called Tenpenny Carpentry/Joel last minute to completely refinish my original red oak floors from 1942. Joel was booked out 2months but had one week opening and filled me in. He was there every day at 8am and worked the full day/week until the job was done. Joel was a dream to work with and the floors came out nothing short of perfect. He is an expert! Joel was on time and fast. Not only fast but high quality. He did what he said he was going to do, and did it in the time he said it would take. He has good equipment that kept sanding dust to almost nothing. Not only that but he was very competitive in pricing and completed the job on the quote he gave. No BS, Joel is straight up and gets it done.
