I had a serious problem with ice dams forming on my house, which is often an insulation problem. Take Pride, though as busy with new construction as most contractors in our current market, either answered their phone right away or called back almost immediately each time I called. Matty ( I believe) came out quickly to evaluate my problem and did a good job explaining what they could do for me. The job required three trips, but since I was flexible, they were able to get all three parts of the job done in just a week or so.
