I was told we were getting money back in October during a tax prep meeting and then ended up instead owing 3 times the amount when we filled. No explanation given except “that sucks- I don’t know what happened”.

Been going to them for a number of years, they did my taxes what can I say, Never the same person always a different person. Now they tell me sorry cant do them anymore... Thanks almost impossible to find someone to take me on now.. Go elsewhere if you can...

I called them asking whether they would be interested in purchasing a box of chocolate bars to support the GHS band. My call didn’t have to do with accounting, but they hung up on me within 5 seconds when they heard what it was about. Every other business I have called has at least listened to me and politely declined if they weren’t interested. This was completely rude, and shouldn’t be acceptable behavior from any business.
