I use a holistic approach to therapeutic massage therapy. Often, there are muscles that work unconsciously, so I may suggest working with your awareness to turn off over worked muscles to start altering chronic holding patterns, off the table. I use myofacial release, deep tissue, Cranial Sacral therapy, and the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage. I use pure essential oils.
