I have been getting a weekly chair massage from Alexa for over a year now. Like most desk jockeys I have a tendency to round my shoulders when sitting at my computer all day. She does a great job relaxing the muscles and I don't experience the neck pain I used to prior to working with her. If you or a family member are unable to lay flat for a traditional massage due to physical limitations, this is a great alternative.
