Have had nothing but great service from the very beginning of using Egbert starting 2 years ago when we built our new office! Then today we had a water line freeze and they came out right away and found the problem and coordinated with Roto-Rooter to get the broken line fixed today! Great customer service, thank you, thank you, thank you!
