The service department was amazing. Heather Innis was first class. I was traveling from Texas with my 5th wheel. Trailer brake module in my truck wasn’t working correctly. Thankfully the dealership had the part in stock and Heather got me in and out in a couple hours.

We have been considering getting a new truck for a few months and had been by the dealership and test drove a couple of different models but didn't quite find what we wanted at that time. Lyle was very personable and straight forward so we took his business card and went on our way. Another month went by and we decided to go by the dealership and see what they had. We found something we liked and decided to purchase. The process was good. Normally this is where 99% of the time the car buying process turns into nightmares we all have experienced or heard of. Surprisingly Lyle & Justin made the process smooth and straight forward. None of those "car salesman tactics or shenanigans" instead an honest sincere business transaction that ALL parties equally gained something of value from. Justin & Lyle regained us as a customer.

I was referred by a friend to Dain Kovash when I saw a 2018 GMC Sierra 3500 HD Denali for sale at Billion. Dain is true pro who made the process of purchasing the vehicle seamless and explained everything in minute detail. As with any used vehicle there were a few things that needed attention. Chris Copeland, the service writer, was on top of everything from the get go. When a part was unavailable anywhere Doug Collins, the service manager, went to work scouring the country (yes the country) to find one. Finally, after an exhaustive search Doug found the part. They got my truck right in and promptly installed the gearbox. I know these are trying times but Dain, Chris, and Doug really showed their true colors. Kudos to the entire Billion team!!
