The staff was amazing. There was another person that came in after me. They were greeted and asked to have a seat someone would be right with them. This person moved forward and stood next to me. The staff took me into a private room to finish checking us in order to respect our privacy. The Vet was upfront and direct about testing and not overcharging. We had to drive an hour to this location and it was still less than a normal Vet visit. The honesty and accuracy were the best part of the visit.
