Im a DYI type person who visits Montana while taking care of relatives, I stopped in here on a Friday around lunch time (the cafe/bakery next door was busy ). There was a "young" (under 30?) woman who was patient and helpful as i asked questions. I purchased a couple of tools i would need to fix a chimney, and i thought was cheaper than the big box store - if they had it. I found the staff friendly and helpful, while the prices (for what i purchased) very reasonable.

The customer service is top notch. You can call ahead and they will get what you need put aside for you. They accept payments over the phone also, so that's a plus and voila, you get on, get out and all your time is spared

Excellent customer service, Nate went above and beyond to help me with my project. I came in with lots of questions and he took the time to help me understand what was required and how i could get it done on my own. Will definitely come back because of Nate. 5 stars!
