Absolutely 5 star from the moment I walked in until I walked out! Everyone working were kind, prompt & made me feel comfortable. Dr. Wallis was top notch !!! Extracted my tooth with minimal pain & just all around a wonderful experience.
I have a lot of anxiety around anything to do with oral Care. Dr. Wallis and his entire team, from the front desk to insurance specialist to clinical staff, are incredibly kind and understanding, professional, and communicate throughout the entire process. My wisdom tooth extraction was over in less time than I thought and the team were very thorough with pre-procedure and aftercare instructions. 11/10 HIGHLY recommend or oral care/surgical needs.
Dr.Wallis and his staff are fantastic. I was pretty nervous to have my 5 wisdom teeth removed, especially since I was unsure what post-op would look like since I am breastfeeding my six month old baby. They answered all my questions prior to my appointment and were very sweet and reassuring prior to surgery.The gals at the front desk are the best! My husband said they helped entertain our baby during my surgery. Surgery was very quick and Dr.Wallis gave my husband very clear instructions for what the next days would look like.
