We are full time RVers and are planning a trip to Alaska via Montana border crossing. Booked our appt. for our cats well in advance for a health certificate to enter Alaska. Dr. Jen Baumgardner and Dr. Arndt were knowledgeable and understand our needs. They made it so easy for us to get exactly what we needed for our trip. Dr. Jen went above and beyond making calls to Alaska and BC to make sure she had everything up to date for us. The vet office is peaceful and not located in the middle of the city, which was really nice. All of the staff were caring and helpful. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. They were able to immediately diagnose my dog while his previous vet was not. Dr. Baumgardner did a great job of explaining what was going on, how to manage it, and the treatment options available. They are extremely knowledgeable and pricing was very reasonable. You won’t be disappointed going to this practice.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Amazing care for my baby. Dr baumgardener really listened to me and took the time to make us comfortable. She wasn't pushy about things needed and was very informative and supportive of her concerns. This is the best vet experience I've had in years and will be a loyal customer because I feel my babies will be well cared for. I am over the moon with the care provided here. Also extremely affordable but that doesn't matter for this level of care I would have paid 3x what they charged. Thank you Dr Baumgardener I feel I have someone to trust with my babies health and wellness.
