Tried to do my own plumbing project and got halfway through before the pipe I removed came off without its threads. I called 4 other plumbing shops and they were booked for 3 weeks, whereas Palagi was able to send someone the next day. Tim came out and we had a good laugh out of the pickle I'd gotten myself into. We got the issue resolved very quickly and I learned a lot from him in the meantime! Next time I have a plumbing issue(Hopefully never again, but life happens, eh?), Palagi will definitely be my first call.
