I had an appointment with Jena once a week for quite a few weeks when I was staying on the Cape. Her understanding of and ability to ease the tightness in my lower back, hip flexors and shoulder area was such a relief. Each week she addressed these areas and worked towards loosening the muscles. I felt so much better week by week. Her knowledge was impressive really showing a deep understanding of my issue. She is friendly and easy to be with. Jena followed COVID precautions with temperature check, sanitizer, masks etc.. I felt completely comfortable in the office at this very trying time. Looking forward to my return and rebooking Jena!!
