“I truly can not thank Kayla enough for what she did for me.I came to her about 6 months after another hairstylist accidently dyed my hair pitch black. I went in asked for a light brown, came out black. I was told it would fade, and it never did.I saved for months to get a color correction done properly. And honestly I was terrified of where to go. I just moved to Billings, and was already 0-1 in guesses with other hairstylists. So, I did some research and found Kayla. Immediately from the get-go she was so personable and kind in our text exchange. She was honest to her core, and I admire that so much. Coming from basically box dyed black hair to wanting my light brown I asked for, she was incredibly honest that it may not look how I want after just one session. She put my expectations in a reasonable area.Going into the appointment she communicated well, and quickly. At the appointment, she was WONDERFUL. So kind, down to earth and personable. I am an incredibly shy, and introverted person, but truly we talked almost the entire 5 hour session. She is just a great and kind person to talk to. But that aside, HER WORK! The hair turned out WONDERFUL. I know a lot had to do with my hair lifting the right way, but I credit a lot of that to her expertise. She knew exactly how to handle my hair (super thin and fine), and took so much care with how its end result came out.She gave me my confidence back. I walked out of her salon with exactly what I wanted 6 months ago, and feeling like I was back to myself.I couldn't recommend her enough. She is talented, knowledgeable, and overall a wonderful person to be around for however long your appointment is.“
“Okay I never leave reviews but have been meaning to. I got a pedicure from Emily Nienaber on July 14th before I went to Europe. Today is September 17th - and my toes still look like this!!! I know pedicures last longer but I have never had gel polish stay on my toes this long without some chipping or at least my pinky toe completely pealing off. I legit still have people commenting to me, "Oh you got a pedicure, it looks good!" And me having to reply, "Actually this is two months old!" I have legit recommended so many people to go to her for a pedicure. I have not been back (because obviously I don't need to yet lol) but probably won't until next Spring. I like to give my toes a break in Winter. But I absolutely won't be going anywhere else. I have really struggled to find a great pedicure in Billings and this is it!Service: Pedicure“
