Everything about this place is welcoming, soothing, and feels like somewhere you belong. I love the variety of classes- there is something for everyone and SO MANY are classes I want to regularly attend.

I absolutely love Studio Soul!! I’m usually lucky enough to take one or two yoga classes per week there. Super inviting, body positive, all abilities welcome, and great energy. I’m so thankful for such a welcoming studio that is super affordable.

I was so nervous to try something like this. It is very outside of my comfort zone, but it was a blast. I was challenged and haven’t sweat that much in years, but the vibe was so accepting and positive. I cannot wait to be able to come back and I loved the experience
