They were extremely busy, but they will go out of their way to greet you. I accidentally left my water bottle there and when I called to ask and see if I did, they asked the for me to identify it, and when I did, they were more then happy to hand it over to a family member I had sent to pick it up for me, and come to find out they washed it for me. Never had that happen before, they went above and beyond what they should have
The app experience was not very pleasant!! The times didn't match and I was removed from the wait list for no reason. Galicia the manager is awesome.she squeezed me in even tho I was removed from the wait list by the stupid system in place. She made my experience pleasant and I loved my haircut. Thank you ?
My stylist, Gisela, did an amazing job. I asked for something new and she knocked it out of the park. I enjoy the company and everyone there is very friendly. I will be back again.Services: Haircut
