How to look at my chainsaw charge me very little I come out with $20.98 working on chainsaw. I was pleased with customer service and it didn't charge me for looking at the chainsaw and adjusting carburetor awesome place to go to!

Returned a defective saw after one year without a receipt. They were helpful and got me taken care of even though I purchased the saw from the heights location. They listened to the issues I had with the saw and handled the situation quickly and professionally. Big R has always had excellent customer service at all locations in my experiences.
