Timely and very VERY professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I'll definitely call Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing needs. Completely satisfied customer and highly recommend Roto-Rooter!!!
Dan was terrific! Figured out the problem quickly (after braving a trip into the crawl space to assess the pipe configuration), got the problem cleared out and gave me back a fully functioning kitchen ?. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and would call them again in a heartbeat.
I called same day, and RR arranged for service between 5 and 7pm same day. After 7 came and went, I called to see if we'd "fallen through the cracks", as sometimes happens. After hours answering service rep said she'd pass along the query to the technician on call. Not very long after, Dan (I think his name) arrived at our door. He was very courteous and professional, and he cleared up the long plugged kitchen sink drain line in short order, reassembled the trap and tested for leaks and drainage. He cleaned up also.
