Above and beyond!!! I am blown away by the service we received yesterday. We have been in a never ending kitchen and bathroom renovation for months now; we called Rimrock plumbing because our dishwasher was backing up after all the new countertops and sink went in our kitchen. Travis and Michael could tell immediately that the brand new garbage disposal wasn’t installed correctly not allowing the dishwasher to drain since they are all interconnected. I was complaining that our new refrigerator we had installed last month wouldn’t make ice (bottom freezer) and Fred’s Appliance whom we bought it from couldn’t make it out until Christmas; they took a quick look and could see the mechanism that reset the ice machine and fixed that too. In one hour the guys had 1-fixed the draining issue 2-gave us ice 3-a small leak coming from a bathroom sink 4-Plumbed in a bottle washer next to the sink. WORTH EVERY PENNY Travis, Michael, thank you so much! We’ve had mostly disappointing service thru our renovation process and you guys fixed almost all our pain points in under an hour that would have sat for months getting worse if we had been on our separate contractors timelines. Appreciate you!
