I work here as an installer and they are just good people and are respectful and fair to the customer and installers and were there for me when my dad passed even tho I'm sure they would still rather have him there than me

Totally excellent service, products, and prices! I have been doing business with Rich's Flooring in Billings for several years on multiple properties. I have CONSISTENTLY been TOTALLY PLEASED. They do an excellent job. Their products, prices, and attitude toward me as a customer have always been great. And, I know others who really trust and value Rich's work, too.
