The sales person was helpful & friendly and prompt. The original estimate had to be adjusted due to additional product being needed. The installation went smoothly, but removing the subfloor presented an arduous task for Dean who is an excellent worker. His helper on the second day did an unacceptable job on the stairway with expensive carpeting and pad. Dean was totally professional and saved the installation on the stairs. I was satisfied with his expertise in recovering the stairway installation and in awe of his precision with the tile and trim. At the end of any job, it comes down to quality and the owner’s assessment. Thank you Morgan and Dean! Well done.
Pierce flooring team, Jon in particular, has been very friendly. Remodeling a house from a different state was challenging, but Jon did his best to assist in communication between myself and the rest of the team. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful.
Installed flooring in a basement bathroom. Gave a good recommendation on best choice of flooring for this application. Installers are great! Professional and on time. Area was cleaned up nicely upon completion. Love the floor!
