My Pella sliding glass door and screen is 22 years old. The door was very hard to slide and the spring in the screen had popped out. The two men that arrived to fix it were right on time. They got to work immediately and worked quickly for 50 minutes to get my door all fixed up and running smoothly. They had all the parts needed on their truck so it was all taken care of in that timeframe. They were courteous but we’re clearly there to get the job done. I was very impressed because as of late most customer service that I have received has been non existent or terrible.
