We went with NCI because my parents had all their windows done first with them and they turned out great! I was so pleased with how quickly and effortlessly they replaced our window! We only needed the one window replaced because we were about to remodel just our kitchen. They were VERY professional and easy to work with! Even though they are busy with larger jobs, they still took the time to come replace my one single window and explained the process thoroughly! John is very professional and easy to work with. He's done a few projects for me and is reasonable, on time and does a great job. I highly recommend him to anyone needing windows, doors and siding.

If I could give NCI 10 stars I would. I cannot recommend them enough. They just finished repairing our hail damage, replacing siding and several windows. They by far are the best contractor we have ever worked with. They arrived timely each and every day and made sure that the area was cleaned up before leaving each night. Their customer service and work ethic is by far superior to other contractors we've worked with in the past. Thank you NCI for a job well done. You have a customer for life.
