At 3:00 a.m. I find out that my water heater failed. I called them at 7:00 am as they are open an hour before the others in town. They were on my doorstep by 8:30 am and I had hot water by 9:30 am. After the morning I was having they came with smiles and a great attitude. They even went the extra mile when turning on the faucet in my son's bathroom & noticed it was a slow drain. He grabbed his special recipe from his truck and it's flowing great now. Thank you so much.

I really like the plumber assigned to our project and he did a great job, but ended up taking a lot longer/much more expensive than anticipated. Also didn’t appreciate the office lady’s unprofessional attitude, rudeness, and lack of customer service.

We had a leaking hot water heater in an apartment. Midland was there first thing in the morning and switched it out for us. They worked with the tenant and made the process easy for all. We have since had other repairs completed by Midland Mechanical. They are now our first call for plumbing issues.
