Came here for my first ever massage. It was absolutely amazing.
Clean, quiet, ZEN, respectful, soothing. I’ll never go anywhere else. Rashonda and Erin are phenomenal!!!!
Although I really liked my specific massage therapist at this facility I unfortunately developed a very negative opinion of Massage Envy as a whole. I moved out of state and went through a total nightmare trying to transfer my membership (Covid didn’t help with this). Long story short, it was a combination of being bounced back and forth between each locations while managers just kept directing me to the other repeatedly while no solution was ever achieved. I moved again and have 13 credits accrued that I will never be able to use due to not having a ME in my community and they will not refund credits. They will keep approximately $900 worth of credits I can’t use... read full review
