I was a member of Levels Training Centre because my boys Box for Billings Elite. The owner/manager of this facility, without warning or cause, prevented the children of Billings Elite from entering the building. Some of these kids were either dropped off or had walked to practice just to train with Billings Elite. The boxing club decided not to waste a day of training and worked out in the park across the street from the facility while the owner/manager watched from the window! It was cold out! She had no problem watching children work out in the cold while she was in a warm training facility that the club paid rent for. Because she had some sort of personal dispute with a board member of the club, she decided to not only punish the club, but also the children the club trains. Definitely do not recommend and definitely not family oriented! No business should be this unprofessional.
