I was a little overwhelmed after stopping by Kiss of Kolor, so I felt that it was important to take some time and share with everyone weather you are a customer or just someone looking for a place to tan and if you're like most you read the reviews because you want to have a great experience whenever or wherever you decide to go tan right? Well that's why I feel it's important to tell everyone what Candi,Dorla, and the staff did to me! Got your attention now huh?? I met Candi several months ago when I was looking for a place to tan because I've had 48 surgeries and I suffer chronic pain on a daily basis and one of my doctors recommended tanning to help with the pain, and that's when I stopped in Kiss of Kolor several months ago and there she was! Yes Mrs Candi!! She embraced me with loving kindness like she had known me her whole life, and educated me on the benefits that not only tanning would do for my pain, but also introduced me to the red light bed, and how it would help with my osteoporosis and osteoarthritis, and when I told her I couldn't afford a monthly package, but would just buy a couple of tans for now, that's when I realized Candi wasn't giving me a sales pitch, but this beautiful lady really cared about me as a person, and when I asked her how many minutes do they give you to get in the tanning bed, because I'm limited on speed and movement, and most of the time I don't have enough time to get the lotion on because every place I've ever tanned only gives you 4 minutes, and I was literally floored when she said "Oh no! We don't do that here! You get in when you're ready!" I couldn't believe what I was hearing! It was at that moment when Candi, her sister Dorla, and the staff at Kiss of Kolor not only became my new tanning home, but they treated me like family, and for the first time in my tanning history I had a fantastic experience because I relaxed and wasn't rushed, and stressing about loosing 4-5 mins by the time I got in, and the benefits it gave me for pain was felt for the first time ever, and Candi knew and understood that. She told me to just relax, don't rush, and enjoy it! Candi is amazing and has a huge heart, and even though I've only seen her a couple of times she has always made me feel like part of the family, so when I was in there recently Dorla(Candi's sister) was telling me that someone wrote a very hurtful review about Candi, and wrote some mean and nasty things about her, and didn't even have the guts to use their own name! I'm sure we all know who did it, and the sad thing is that it doesn't hurt the business because everyone that is a client there knows it's all 8th grade BS drama! But it did hurt Candi, and Dorla! I didn't bother to read it because the person who did it obviously has grudge, and chip on their shoulder, and should be very careful about the consequences of Defamation of Character! I told Dorla to tell Candi the 1rule I live by.....I don't believe anything I hear, only half of what I see, and trust no one that tells lies! Candi we love you and are truly blessed to be a part of Kiss of Kolor family, and Dorla we are happy to have you there and we love you too!!! and Lexi!!! Soooooo happy you're back! We love you too! And for everyone that took the time to read this God Bless you! and as for the person that thought you gained something by saying hurtful things about Candi??? You gained nothing, and brought shame on yourself, and if anything??? You brought the Kiss of Kolor tanning family to rally in support for Candi and her business! Way to go!!! My recommendation?? Negative, mean people should clean up the trash in their own yard, and not toss it over the fence! Thank you Candi, Dorla, Lexi, and Kiss of Kolor for making my life and pain more manageable!Have a blessed Week everyone!!!
I can not recommend Kiss of Kolor Tanning salon enough! It being my first experience with spray tanning, to say I was nervous would be a huge understatement. My fears were quickly put to rest with Candi and her amazing staff. I was made to feel so comfortable and empowered in my experience. Emphasizing just how amazing these women are! I was in capable of imaging how transformative adding a little color would make me feel so confident. I left feeling and looking like a Godess! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience Kiss of Kolor! Please do yourself a favor and check these ladies out!
Loved my experience today at Kiss of Kolor! Kandi is running some awesome specials right now so I stocked up on my usually level 2 tans. She also helped me pick out a great lotion. I love the scent and how smooth it goes on, and I even got 30% off. Kandi was so friendly and helpful! The salon is super clean and all the beds are maintained well with fresh bulbs. Can’t wait to build my vacation tan! Thanks for the great experience!!
