We had a water pipe break here in our newly purchased home in Billings in February while we were in California wrapping up our move to Montana. We are very thankful we called Faithful Disaster Restoration. They took care of everything long distance. The staff and workers did a great job in with the water damage and then the restoration. They were timely, fair and wonderful to work with. You will not be disappointed.
We had already had a disastrous winter with my husbands broken hip and hip replacement. He was finally home and recovering when our dishwasher flooded the kitchen, dining room and two rooms in the lower level?. We were told by another company that it would be a month before they could even come out to evaluate our issues! We walked into Faithful’s office at 3 pm and by 4:30 pm they were hard at work in the mitigation process. Never in our life have we ever dealt with such hard working teams and compassionate people. We have used Faithful three times now to inspect for mold. The first time saved us from purchasing a home that was hiding serious issues. The second verified a good clean purchase and the third inspected after water repairs were done. Their inspection equipment, thouroughness, and final report are all very high quality. We would highly recommend their services.
