I love Eyemart Express., the only thing I was disappointed about, was that I wasn’t told you could buy one and get one free., so I went back to Sidney, Mt., and that’s when I seen a advertisement of their deal, so I called, and the only choice I had was to order the same pair, but in a different color. Do I did, but I’m not happy with them. I wish you could’ve extended a coupon to me so I could have used it when I came to Billings again.
The associate (Sophia) that was helping me did an excellent job helping pick out my frames. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She made sure all aspects of my new glasses were perfect. Definitely some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. A+++++
Absolutely flawless experience! Came in while I was in Billings working for a month and the did a top notch eye exam and made me 2 pairs of glasses in less than 2 hours out the door!
