“Luke and Cash are the best! Very knowledgeable, kind and trustworthy!! Alex is great too, very passionate about his work and the employees! I had been dealing with multiple gas leaks, to the point MDU had to shut off my gas. I had those gas leaks fixed, but then 2 weeks later, I could smell gas again, this time only from my downstairs fireplace. I called Whites since I thought my insert was bad. They sent Luke over right away and fixed what we thought was the issue. He stated if I smelt gas again to call and he'd come back. I called back the next day as I smelt gas and both Alex and Luke came back right away. They assessed the situation and scheduled for Luke to come back and check everything. Luke came back and worked his tail off trying to find the leak. He suggested that we just replace all fireplace lines because he'd fix one leak and another would pop up over and over. I agreed and Mike came over to assess and bid on new pipes. My bid was very fair as they took off the bid what I had already paid the first time, on top of a discount. Luke and Cash came back and replaced all the fireplace lines , which they found the issue too...a broken flex line in the chimney. They not only fixed this gas issue that has brought me to tears but they were courteous, brought in their blankets to put on my floors to walk on, and vacuumed up their work area! I had a unique and aggravating gas leak problem and now I no longer need to worry about it. They are the best!!“
