The response to my initial request was very fast and the technician arrived first thing the following business day (after holiday weekend). Dave was pleasant, efficient and patient with my elderly great dane. My blower motor was replaced and the bill was well within the range I expected. Thank you so much Comfort Heating and especially Dave!
I called over Labor Day weekend, my A/C was not working. Dave from Comfort came out in 25 minutes, had the A/C working in 20 minutes. Dave was very nice and professional. We had a very positive experience with Comfort Heating and Cooling.
Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning did a fine job on installing our Mitsubishi mini-splits. They came when they said they'd come, to measure and estimate and install. They sought and worked with our feedback about what we wanted, did the job carefully and surprisingly quickly, cleaned up the site and explained the units. They offered to retun and help with settings if we needed it. Their bill was reasonable, too.
