In the past we have received awful treatment from this business, they once set up a cage with cat food to catch a stray cat they had lost right near our property. The food was attracting a whole host of wasps and other pests and endangering our dogs. They weren’t happy about having to move it either.

I took my pregnant dog in and they did not do ANYTHING. They did not give me any advice, they did not do any type of check up at all. They “tried” to do an ultrasound but “couldn’t” because my pup was upset about it, however they still charged me for it. I was told my dog will be fine and she will just do everything on her own when the babies come. She was not. The babies were very big, she was very tiny, and she needed an emergency c-section. She had low calcium, low sugar, and not good nutrition. When my dog was seen they didn’t even put him on a table and check him out. check in his ears anything he is fully deaf and partially blind. When I explained his meds for his seizures I wasn’t listened to and they kept trying to prescribe to us what we already had. Us confused thinking it was a new med they were talking about tried to fill it at their pharmacy and they want 170$ for something I pay Walmart pharmacy 30$ for. Than the struggle of getting them to send the prescription elsewhere I just gave up and will be seeing a new vet.
