This is our second year visiting Billings Allergy Clinic. Our first time at Billings Clinic West. Dr. Adams is so friendly and knowledgeable. The nursing staff are very friendly and helpful. They're all very dedicated to patient care. We travel from out of state just to visit the clinic. A+ care!

Dr Katie A Germany is an AMAZING DOCTOR at Billings Clinic Pediatrics West! My little two year old baby girl had been sick for over 2 and 1/2 months and I had taken her to a different clinic numerous times those two and a half months with no help and my baby getting sicker and sicker. After going to the other clinic a few days before I decided to give Billings clinic pediatrics West a call and they were able to get her in the same day. Dr Germany was amazing during the visit and asked tons of questions and was very professional as well as easy to talk to. I made my appointment in March for July. The day comes and I drive all the way to the west end at 7 in the morning just to wait in line for 45 minutes to check in. I was then denied care because technically I missed my appointment. Waste of time and gas.
