As a new patient, it was easy to make an appointment and I didn’t have to wait several weeks to be seen. The check in process is fast and allows for it to all be done online prior. I’ve never sat in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes before a nurse came to get me. Kristy Martin is the most patient, kind, detail oriented primary care individual I’ve ever seen. She really listened to me and my concerns. Together we talked about proper rx’s options versus her just sending a random one to the pharmacy and telling me to take it. I have not been with Fuller Family Medicine for very long . For what see they very friendly , kind and very helpful with your Medical care . I know of both DR Wendy Ruggles first class. And my Primary DR. Kristy Martin. I have had a handful of different appointments with Kristy and let me tell ya. When she walks in the room every time she has this caring energy that is very comforting and a positive feeling .I knew at my very 1st appointment at Billings Clinic West that i wanted her as my primary care physician in fact my whole family sees her for their medical needs . I see Kristy Martin here and she is absolutely wonderful. I followed her here from Billings Clinic and have been seeing her for about 10 years now. I could not recommend coming here more. The atmosphere is really positive, I actually prefer this to where I used to see her. Quick answers through the portal. Faster appointments. As for Kristy herself, she's kind and caring and listens to any ideas and feedback you have. I've got some chronic health problems so I've come in to see her more frequently than some might, and she's great. I highly recommend choosing her when making appointments if you can.
