I don't know what to say but I think the doctors here and the first hospital of the same name handle things very badly, they are not professional, the patients go outside and talk and are given medicine to go home. They are not treated properly, making the patient worse. Coming here is a waste of time. If my mother has any problems, I will sue.

Marie Kennedy was by far the rudest and most unprofessional person I have EVER met at this facility. From the moment she walked to when she walked out she was rude. She asked the PATIENT what she wants her to do for the patients pain. She threw every question the patient asked out and asked another question not answering the patient's questions. She was undoubtedly very unprofessional and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU GET HER GET SOMEONE DIFFERENT. Just because you are good at what you do does NOT mean you have an exception to be rude to your patients. This will come as no surprise to anyone who has seen the management issue of Billings Clinic in the news over the past year or so. Billings Clinic West apparently sent my statement to an address I hadn't lived at for 7 years. When I checked in they must have asked if I still lived on XYZ street, which I do, just 8 blocks down the road. Not thinking it had been that long since I was at BC, I said yes. I also reached my max out of pocket that year, so not getting billed did not seem out of the ordinary.
