Technician JGM was here moments after I called for an appt. Looked at the 2 projects we needed. Ran to get parts and was back in good time. Handled both projects quickly and efficiently and explained the pricing. Have used Ben Franklin Plumbing before and will again.
Sprung a leak at the end of the business day. They responded immediately and had a tech to me in short order to secure the situation overnight. They arrived next morning promptly and fixed my problem and did extra work while here as I asked. Very professional folks, kind and local. 10 stars if I could. Tirerama on grand.
Jerod did an great job of understanding the situation and what was going on with the water leak we have. It was recommended to take steps before we start cutting into the wall to see If it coming from the faucet or if it's coming from else where. I recommended for 2 reasons they were able to squeeze me into a appointment today and they were hopefully able to resolve the issue.
