I had a very poor experience taking my dog there. I was bombarded with the doctors past trauma and was told my dog would later turn on me. I was also told how to train my dog when he is trained and was not an issue at the visit. Most of the appointment was about the doctors past issues about the breed rather than my dog's problem.
Great people who love the animals in their care. Compassionate and caring!
We appreciated the one on one instruction. Dr. Brown was very thorough with Gemma pre op exam and explained all our options. He was friendly and engaged us in conversation. We were comfortable leaving Gemma in the care of his staff. Post op instructions were clear and it was made very clear that we could call at any time with questions or concerns
