We are a old family in the Gallatin Valley with very old systems. We have appreciated the service from TLC staff Trish and Todd over the years. We are flexible with them due to travel times and cost trying to bundle with other customers for service. I have found TLC helpful, knowledgeable and honest.

Contacted TLC for home septic tank service. While they were a month out, that was to be expected. Emilio was the employee who provided the on-site service. He called ahead, showed up when promised, and quickly got to work. He educated me on what he saw & what we should be doing going forward with our septic system. His attitude, knowledge and professionalism is rare these days. I think he is a great ambassador for TLC and I will not hesitate to call them for the next cycle as a direct result of this employee's work ethic.
