I just went to Spine & Sports Chiro for the first time and had such an incredible experience with Dr C’Aira. She was so attentive and really listened/asked questions about all of the unusual extreme sports I engage in. Her adjustments were amazing! My body felt like I was floating on a cloud when I walked out of the office. I have been to a lot of body workers over the years and I can say after just one appointment that she is one of the best practitioners I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The whole team was super friendly from the women at the front desk to the woman who did my intake. 10/10 would recommend!

I've been to a few chiropractors and this is place is top notch. From the moment you walk in the door you feel like family. I had an auto accident and ended up with neck pain, back pain and frozen shoulder. They not only adjusted me but gave me stretches and exercises to help me get better. I 100% recommend Spine & Sports Chiropractic.

Old-fashioned patient care at it very best. Staff is very caring. Love the " family atmosphere " no detail goes over looked. Highly recommend! The kids loved the " kids play area". Just the right size!
